The ATS Methods in Epidemiologic, Clinical, and Operations (MECOR) Program is recruiting new faculty members.
The program, now in its 25th year, needs two categories of faculty: Course Faculty, who will be onsite during the MECOR courses and engage in faculty-to-student instruction both inside of the classroom and online prior to the course, and Project Mentors, who will be matched to individual students.
Course Faculty participate in all onsite MECOR course activities within a specific program (country/region) and guide individual students at whatever stage they are within the MECOR program. In the past year, MECOR programs were offered in Africa, China, India, Indonesia, Latin America, Turkey, and Vietnam.
Project Mentors have expertise in a mentee’s area of research and guide an individual student specifically focused on their research project activities.
