More than 190 exhibitors will showcase the latest products and services in the ATS Exhibit Hall.

Whether you are a clinician or a researcher, the Exhibit Hall provides the means to help improve your practice, investigations and, ultimately, patient care.

Much of what’s new in the Exhibit Hall came about through attendee input. Of the 900 respondents to the ATS International Conference 2011 Exhibit Hall Survey, 25 percent asked for more research-focused exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall. ATS 2012 has delivered with 49 companies offering research and pulmonary science products and services. With another 40 percent of survey respondents calling for an area devoted to research, the ATS created the Research & Science Exchange, a clinical resource for organizations and attendees to discuss clinical trials.

Twenty-five percent requested more hands-on courses. Through the Exhibit Hall’s Clinicians Center and Science and Innovation Center, plus the lung biopsy course near the Exhibit Hall, you can get guidance from expert clinicians and researchers in a small-group setting.

Half of those responding to the survey asked for WiFi access, and another 45 percent wanted additional coffee break areas. ATS responded by combing the two in its new Wi-Fi Coffee Cafés, available in four areas of the Exhibit Hall twice a day. The ATS also makes WiFi access available in common areas of the Moscone Center.

You’ll have plenty of time to visit the Exhibit Hall. Just in case, three of the 16 Exhibit Hall hours are unopposed. No sessions or events conflict with your time on the floor from 1 to 2 p.m. each day.
